At Sassy Trends & Sweet Treasures, LLC, we want you to love every purchase you make. Because of the nature of our boutique inventory and limited quantities, we maintain a Store Credit Only policy for eligible returns.

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Our Refund Policy

Sassy Trends & Sweet Treasures does not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original method of payment for eligible merchandise.

Approved returns are issued as store credit only in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

Store credit:

Never expires.
May be used toward future in-store or online purchases.
Is issued for the purchase price of approved returned merchandise, excluding any original shipping charges.
Is non-transferable.

Eligible Returns

Returns must meet all requirements outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy, including:

Returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Original tags must remain attached.
Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Merchandise must not be classified as Final Sale.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

Your name
Order or receipt number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the damaged or defective item

Items should not be worn, washed, or altered before contacting us, as this may affect eligibility.

If we determine the merchandise was defective at the time of purchase, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or another remedy at our discretion.

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges:

Clearance merchandise
Merchandise marked "Final Sale"
Jewelry
Hair accessories
Swimwear
Bodysuits
Intimates
Gift cards

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an approved damaged or defective item.

Order Cancellations

If you need to request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been processed, prepared for pickup, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

Sassy Trends & Sweet Treasures is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses supplied during checkout.
