RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Sassy Trends & Sweet Treasures, we appreciate your business and take pride in offering stylish, quality apparel, shoes, accessories, and gifts. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy before making your purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Window

We gladly accept eligible returns within 7 days of the original purchase date.

The purchase date is considered Day 1.
Return requests received after the 7-day period cannot be accepted.
Returns may be initiated in-store or by contacting us before the return window expires.

Store Credit Only

Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

We do not offer:

Cash refunds
Credit card refunds
Debit card refunds

Your store credit:

Never expires
May be used on future in-store or online purchases
Is non-transferable
Will be issued for the purchase price of the returned merchandise, excluding original shipping charges

Eligible Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

Item is unworn and unwashed
Item is in its original condition
Free from stains, odors, smoke, perfume, pet hair, or customer-caused damage
Original tags are attached
Original receipt or proof of purchase is provided
Item is not listed as a Final Sale or non-returnable item

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.

Please include:

Your name
Order number or receipt
Description of the issue
Photos showing the damage or defect

Please do not wear, wash, or alter the item before contacting us, as doing so may void eligibility.

Damage reported after 48 hours or resulting from misuse, improper care, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear is not eligible for replacement or store credit.

Final Sale Items

The following merchandise is Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Intimates
Swimwear
Bodysuits
Jewelry
Hair accessories
Clearance merchandise
Promotional sale items marked "Final Sale"
Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To begin a return:

Contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
Provide your name, purchase date, item(s), and reason for the return.
Bring your item(s) and original receipt to our boutique or follow our shipping instructions if returning by mail.
Once your return has been inspected and approved, store credit will be issued promptly.
